Karen Pallante

Karen Pallante has over 25 years of administrative experience. Her career began as assistant to the Head of Administration at Reliance National Insurance, where she worked for five years before using her fluency in Spanish and Italian to serve the President and CEO of Fedeoliva USA, an international import company, for ten years. She continued at Citigroup in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department, serving as executive assistant to senior bankers, including a Chairman and the Head of Sales and Divestitures, for eight years, until moving on to become personal assistant to Harvey Golub, retired CEO of American Express. Karen later founded Virtuoso Admin Solutions, where she and her team built a platform supporting senior executives in marketing, staff management, event planning, and comprehensive personal and administrative support.
